I have extensive knowledge and skills working with individuals, adults, and couples. My passion is to help you heal emotionally and reach your full potential. I work with mood disorders, anxiety, grief , loss, depression, abuse,trauma, > guilt, changes of life, self esteem, adult children of alcoholics, codependency, communication skills, and women's issues. I am a provider with BCBS, Aetna, Tricare, Value Options, Magellan, and Humana. I am an EAP, and Professional Life Coach. I have 22 years of experience. My therapy approach includes Rational Emotive, Family Systems, Reality and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive/Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychoeducational, Psychosocial, and Spiritual are primarily implemented. My office hours vary, typically Monday to Thursday 9-5, Friday & Saturday 9-3 for appointments. |
